وإذا أخطر الطرف المعني فريق خبراء الاستعراض، في غضون هذه المهلة الزمنية، بأنه لا ينوي تقديم تعليقات، ليصبح مشروع تقرير الاستعراض المعجل حينئذ هو تقرير الاستعراض المعجل النهائي لدى استلام هذا الإخطار.
