33. Article 8 (j) of the Convention provides that, subject to national legislation, each State Party shall:

Pursuant to article 12, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol, each State Party shall, within two years following the entry into force of the Protocol for that State party, submit a report to the Committee on the Rights of the Child ( " the Committee " ) containing comprehensive information on the measures it has taken to implement the provisions of the Protocol.

In accordance with article 63, paragraph 6, of the Convention, each State Party shall provide the Conference of the States Parties with information on its programmes, plans and practices, as well as on legislative and administrative measures to implement the Convention, as required by the Conference.

2. Following the submission of the comprehensive report, each State Party shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in accordance with article 44 of the Convention any further information with respect to the implementation of the Protocol.
2- وعلى إثر تقديم هذا التقرير الشامل، تقوم كل دولة طرف بتضمين ما تقدمه من التقارير إلى لجنة حقوق الطفل وفقاً للمادة 44 من الاتفاقية أية معلومات إضافية فيما يخص تنفيذ البروتوكول.

3. Upon ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Convention, each State Party shall notify the Secretary-General of the jurisdiction it has established in accordance with paragraph 2 under its domestic law.
٣ - عند التصديق على هذه الاتفاقية، أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو الانضمام إليها، تقوم كل دولة طرف بإخطار اﻷمين العام بالولاية القضائية التي ثبتتها بموجب قانونها الداخلي طبقا للفقرة ٢.

3. Upon ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Convention, each State Party shall notify [the Secretary-General] of the jurisdiction it has established in accordance with paragraph 2 under its domestic law.
٣ - عند التصديق على هــذه الاتفاقية، أو قبــولها أو إقرارها أو الانضمام إليها، تقوم كل دولة طرف بإخطار ]اﻷمين العام[ بالولاية القضائية التي أثبتتها بموجب قانونها الداخلي طبقا للفقرة ٢.

To further increase the transparency of biological research and development related to the Convention and to broaden scientific and technical knowledge as agreed in Article X, each State party will declare all facilities, both governmental and non-governmental, within its territory or under its jurisdiction or control anywhere, producing vaccines licensed by the State party for the protection of humans.
من أجل زيادة شفافية أعمال البحث والتطوير في المجال البيولوجي المتصلة بالاتفاقية، ولتوسيع المعرفة العلمية والتقنية كما هو متفق عليه في المادة العاشرة، تقوم كل دولة طرف بالإعلان عن جميع المرافق الحكومية وغير الحكومية الواقعة في أراضيها أو في أي مكان يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها، التي تنتج لقاحات رخصت بها الدولة الطرف بهدف وقاية البشر.

Thereafter, pursuant to article 12, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, States parties shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in accordance with article 44, paragraph 1 (b), of the Convention any further information with respect to the implementation of the Optional Protocol.
