When a request for management evaluation is not resolved or settled through informal means, the Legal Officers draft detailed management evaluations that set out the facts of the case; the respective legal positions of the Administration and the staff member; the applicable institutional legal instruments and jurisprudence; the application of the relevant law to the facts; and a recommended disposition of the case.
327 - وعندما يتعذر حسم موضوع طلب التقييم الإداري أو التوصل إلى تسوية بشأنه بالوسائل غير الرسمية، يقوم الموظفون القانونيون بإعداد تقييمات إدارية مفصلة توضح وقائع القضية؛ والموقف القانوني لكل من الإدارة والموظف؛ وما ينطبق على القضية من صكوك قانونية مؤسسية واجتهاد قضائي؛ وأوجه انطباق القانون ذي الصلة على وقائع القضية؛ والقرار الموصى به للفصل في القضية.
