At its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties decided that, at its fourth meeting, it would review the arrangements, including the global monitoring plan, used for providing the Conference with the information for the effectiveness evaluation as implemented for the first report and decide on future arrangements, including the intervals of subsequent effectiveness evaluations.

Also requested the Secretariat, within available resources, to continue to support training and capacitybuilding activities to assist countries in implementing the global monitoring plan for subsequent effectiveness evaluations and to work with partners and other relevant organizations to undertake implementation activities.
(ج) طلب إلى الأمانة أيضاً أن تواصل، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، دعم أنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات لمساعدة البلدان في تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية من أجل تقييمات الفعالية اللاحقة والعمل مع الشركاء والمنظمات الوثيقة الصلة الأخرى للاضطلاع بأنشطة التنفيذ.

By paragraph 6 of the same decision it further requested the Secretariat to make non-substantive changes to the implementation plan for the global monitoring plan for persistent organic pollutants for the first effectiveness evaluation that was adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting, so that it can serve future effectiveness evaluations.
وفي الفقرة 6 من المقرر نفسه، طلب مؤتمر الأطراف كذلك إلى الأمانة إدخال التغييرات غير المتصلة بالمضمون في خطة تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية للملوثات العضوية الثابتة لتقييم الفعالية الأول() الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث، بحيث يمكن الاستفادة منها في تقييمات الفعالية المقبلة.

(e) To amend the implementation plan for the global monitoring plan for persistent organic pollutants for the first effectiveness that was adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting, so that it can be made use of in future effectiveness evaluations and to include the revised terms of reference referred to above;
(ﻫ) أن يُعدِل خطة تنفيذ خطة الرصد العالمية للملوثات العضوية الثابتة لتقييم الفعالية الأول الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه الثالث؛ بحيث يمكن الاستفادة منها في تقييمات الفعالية المقبلة، ولإدراج الاختصاصات المنقحة المشار إليه أعلاه؛
