3. reiterates its invitation to all Governments to take appropriate legislative or other steps to prevent and suppress the practice of enforced disappearances, in keeping with the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, and to take action at the national and regional levels and in cooperation with the United Nations to that end;
٣ - تكرر دعوتها جميع الحكومات إلى اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة، التشريعية وغيرها، لمنع ممارسة الاختفاء القسري وقمعها، ولا سيما في ضوء اﻹعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع اﻷشخاص من حالات الاختفاء القسري، وأن تتخذ، تحقيقا لهذه الغاية، إجراءات على الصعيدين الوطني واﻹقليمي، وبالتعاون مع اﻷمم المتحدة؛

4. reiterates its call upon all Member States to spare no effort in providing for effective legislative and other mechanisms and procedures, as well as adequate resources, to ensure the full implementation of those standards;
4 - تكرر دعوتها جميع الدول الأعضاء ألا تألو جهدا في توفير الآليات والإجراءات التشريعية الفعالة وغيرها من الآليات والإجراءات والموارد الكافية لكفالة استيفاء تلك المعايير على نحو تام؛

2. reiterates its call upon all States to refrain from promulgating and applying laws and measures of the kind referred to in the preamble to the present resolution, in conformity with their obligations under the Charter of the United Nations and international law, which, inter alia, reaffirm the freedom of trade and navigation;
2 - تكرر دعوتها جميع الدول إلى الامتناع عن إصدار وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير من النوع المشار إليه في ديباجة هذا القرار، عملا بالتزاماتها بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي اللذين يعيدان تأكيد أمور عدة منها حرية التجارة والملاحة؛

9. reiterates its call upon all Member States to cooperate at the regional and subregional levels, taking fully into account the specific conditions prevailing in the region or subregion, with a view to enhancing and coordinating international and regional efforts aimed at increased openness and transparency in armaments;
9 - تكرر دعوتها جميع الدول الأعضاء إلى أن تتعاون على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي، آخذة في الاعتبار بالكامل الظروف الخاصة السائدة في المنطقة أو المنطقة دون الإقليمية بغية تعزيز وتنسيق الجهود الدولية والإقليمية الرامية إلى تعزيز الوضوح والشفافية في مجال التسلح؛

4. reiterates its invitation to all Member States and competent regional economic integration organizations to sign, ratify and fully implement the United Nations Convention against Corruption as soon as possible in order to ensure its rapid entry into force;
4 - تكرر دعوتها جميع الدول الأعضاء ومنظمات التكامل الاقتصادي المختصة للتوقيع على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والتصديق عليها وتنفيذها تنفيذا تاما في أقرب وقت ممكن لكفالة دخولها حيز النفاذ سريعا؛

19. reiterates its invitation to all Governments to participate actively in the fourth session of the World Urban Forum, and invites donor countries to support the participation of representatives from developing countries, in particular the least developed countries, including women and young people, in the Forum;
19 - تكرر دعوتها جميع الحكومات إلى المشاركة بنشاط في الدورة الرابعة للمنتدى الحضري العالمي، وتدعو البلدان المانحة إلى دعم مشاركة ممثلين من البلدان النامية في المنتدى، ولا سيما أقل البلدان نموا، بمن فيهم النساء والشباب؛

16. reiterates its invitation to all members of the World Trade Organization to consider extending to graduated countries the existing special and differential treatment measures and exemptions available to least developed countries for a period appropriate to the development situation of the country;
16 - تكرر دعوتها جميع أعضاء منظمة التجارة العالمية إلى النظر في تمديد العمل بتدابير المعاملة الخاصة والتفضيلية القائمة والإعفاءات المتاحة لأقل البلدان نموا لأي بلد رفع اسمه من القائمة لفترة مناسبة لحالة التنمية في البلد؛
