72. For this very reason, the resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights concerning the various situations that reveal a consistent pattern of violations of human rights (geographic or thematic) encourage the States investigated to take steps to improve the treatment of their subjects.
72- وبسبب هذا الطابع نفسه، فإن قرارات لجنة حقوق الإنسان بشأن مختلف الحالات التي تكشف عن نمط ثابت من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان (سواء تعلق الأمر بمناطق جغرافية أو بمواضيع معينة) ترشد الدول الخاضعة للتحقيق إلى اتخاذ تدابير تكفل إجراء تحسينات في معاملة رعاياها.

(f) It does not refer to a case that appears to reveal a consistent pattern of gross and reliably attested violations of human rights already being dealt with by a special procedure, a treaty body or other United Nations or similar regional complaints procedure in the field of human rights;
(و) إذا كان لا يشير إلى حالة يبدو أنها تكشف عن نمط ثابت من الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان المؤيدة بأدلة موثوق بها ويجري تناولها في إطار أحد الإجراءات الخاصة أو إحدى هيئات المعاهدات أو غير ذلك من إجراءات الشكاوى التابعة للأمم المتحدة أو إجراءات الشكاوى الإقليمية المماثلة في ميدان حقوق الإنسان؛
