10- يسلّم بأهمية متابعة وتنفيذ قرار الجمعية العامة 61/159 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006، ويشدد على ما يتسم به من أهمية قصوى مُضي الجمعية العامة في تقديم الدعم والإرشادات إلى المفوضية السامية في العملية الجارية لتحسين التوازن الجغرافي في تكوين ملاك موظفي المفوضية السامية؛

10. 10- يسلّم بأهمية متابعة قرار الجمعية العامة 61/159 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 وتنفيذه، ويشدد على ما يتسم به من أهمية قصوى استمرار الجمعية في تقديم الدعم والإرشادات إلى المفوضية السامية في العملية الجارية لتحسين التوازن الجغرافي في تكوين ملاك موظفي المفوضية السامية؛

13- يسلّم بأهمية متابعة قرار الجمعية العامة 61/159 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 وتنفيذه، ويشدد على الأهمية القصوى لاستمرار الجمعية في تقديم الدعم والإرشادات إلى المفوضة السامية في العملية الجارية لتحسين التوازن الجغرافي في تكوين ملاك موظفي المفوضية السامية؛

10. Reaffirms the vital importance of geographical balance in the composition of the staff of the Office of the High Commissioner, taking into account the significance of national and regional specificities and various historic, cultural and religious backgrounds, as well as of different political, economic and legal systems, to the promotion and protection of the universality of human rights;
10- يؤكد من جديد على الأهمية الحيوية للتوازن الجغرافي في تكوين ملاك موظفي المفوضية السامية، مع مراعاة أهمية الخصوصيات الوطنية والإقليمية وشتى الخلفيات التاريخية والثقافية والدينية، وكذلك أهمية النظم السياسية والاقتصادية والقانونية المختلفة، بالنسبة إلى تعزيز عالمية حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها؛
