Members of the Council expressed their deep concern at increased attacks, harassment, detentions and looting as well as restrictions on the work of the United Nations personnel in the country committed mainly by South Sudan security forces, and demanded that authorities take immediate measures to ensure the strict adherence to the status-of-forces agreement with UNMISS and bring the perpetrators of such illegal acts to justice.
وأعرب أعضاء المجلس عن قلقهم العميق إزاء تزايد الهجمات وحالات المضايقة وعمليات الاحتجاز والنهب، فضلا عن القيود المفروضة على عمل موظفي الأمم المتحدة في البلد، التي تُعزى أساسا إلى قوات الأمن في جنوب السودان، وطلبوا أن تتخذ السلطات تدابير فورية لكفالة التقيد الصارم باتفاق مركز القوات الموقع مع البعثة، وتقديم مرتكبي تلك الأعمال غير المشروعة إلى العدالة.
