Australia has consistently expressed its opposition, as a matter of principle, to the promulgation and application by States Members of the United Nations of laws and measures whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction, as well as the freedom of trade and navigation.
وما فتئت استراليا تعرب عن معارضتها، من حيث المبدأ، لقيام الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة بسن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها، التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول، سيادة دول أخرى ومصالح مشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

Every year it has adopted a resolution reaffirming the call on all States to refrain from promulgating laws and regulations the extraterritorial effects of which affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.
وفي كل عام تعتمد الجمعية العامة قرارا يؤكد الدعوة الى جميع الدول بأن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها، التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول، سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

MEXICO 1. In accordance with its foreign policy principles and with the Charter of the United Nations, Mexico rejects the promulgation and application of laws and regulations whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction, as well as the freedom of trade and navigation.
١ - تعرب المكسيك، تمشيا مع مبادئ سياستها الخارجية وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة عن رفضها لسن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز الحدود اﻹقليمية سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لﻷشخاص أو الكيانات الخاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

2. Australia has consistently expressed its principled opposition to the promulgation and application, by States Members of the United Nations, of laws and measures whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interest of entities or persons under their jurisdiction as well as the freedom of trade and navigation.
٢ - وما برحت استراليا تعرب على الدوام عن معارضتها من حيث المبدأ لقيام الدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة بإصدار وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدودها اﻹقليمية سيادة دول أخرى، والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص الخاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

2. In adopting these resolutions, the Member States also expressed their rejection of the promulgation and application of laws and regulations, the extraterritorial effects of which affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.
٢ - وبالموافقة على القرارات المشار إليها، أعربت الدول اﻷعضاء أيضا عن رفضها لسن وتطبيق قوانين وأنظمة تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

Indeed, through its resolutions 47/19 and 48/16, the General Assembly called on all States to refrain from promulgating and applying laws and measures whose extraterritorial effects affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction, as well as the freedom of trade and navigation.
والواقع أن الجمعية العامة من خلال قراريها ٤٧/١٩ و ٤٨/١٦، دعت جميع الدول الى أن تمتنع عن سن وتطبيق قوانين وتدابير تمس آثارها التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول سيادة دول أخرى والمصالح المشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

8. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of General Assembly resolution 58/7 call upon all States to refrain from promulgating and/or to repeal laws the extraterritorial effects of which affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.
8 - وتدعو الفقرتان 2 و 3 من قرار الجمعية العامة 58/7 جميع الدول إلى الامتناع عن سنّ و/أو إلى إلغاء القوانين التي تمس بآثارها، التي تتجاوز حدود تلك الدول، سيادة دول أخرى ومصالح مشروعة لكيانات أو أشخاص خاضعين لولايتها القضائية، كما تمس حرية التجارة والملاحة.

8. 1. The Permanent Mission of Belize is pleased to report that, in accordance with resolution 60/12, and all previous General Assembly resolutions on the embargo against Cuba, Belize has not promulgated or applied any laws, regulations or measures whose extraterritorial application would affect the sovereignty of other States, the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction and the freedom of trade and navigation.

In accordance with General Assembly resolutions 47/19, 48/16, 49/9, 50/10, 51/17, 52/10, 53/4, 54/21, 55/20, 56/9, 57/11, 58/7, 59/11 and 60/12, Brazil has not promulgated or applied any laws, regulations or measures with extraterritorial effects that could affect the sovereignty of other States and the legitimate interests of entities or persons under their jurisdiction, as well as the freedom of trade and navigation.
