The State party notes that the author, although having raised the question of jurisdiction of the Family Court in the domestic system, does not raise that issue for consideration by the Committee under the Optional Protocol.
وتلاحظ الدولة الطرف أن صاحب البلاغ، وإن كان قد أثار مسألة الولاية القضائية لمحكمة اﻷسرة في النظام المحلي، لم يثر هذه المسألة كي تنظر فيها اللجنة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.

2- وكان المكتب أعاد التأكيد على القاعدة التي تتطلب استلام الآراء الشخصية للأعضاء المتصلة بالبلاغات التي تنظر فيها اللجنة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري خلال ثلاثة أسابيع من اعتماد ذلك القرار - وإلاّ فإنها لن تعتبر جزءاً من ذلك المقرر.
