In its resolution 59/209, the General Assembly urged all development partners to support implementation of the transition strategy and to avoid abrupt reductions in the assistance provided to a graduating country.
وتحث الجمعية العامة في القرار 59/209 جميع الشركاء في التنمية على دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية الانتقال وتفادي أي خفض مفاجئ في المساعدة المقدمة للبلد قيد الشطب من القائمة.

ودعت الجمعية العامة، في القرار 59/209 أيضا، البلد الذي يرفع اسمه من القائمة إلى القيام على نحو وثيق، بدعم من الآلية الاستشارية، برصد تنفيذ استراتيجية الانتقال وإبقاء الأمين العام على علم بذلك بصورة منتظمة.

2. Endorses the request of the Committee to be informed by the Secretary-General during the transition period of the implementation of the transition strategy for graduating countries and of their development progress, as laid out in General Assembly resolution 59/209, in order to enable the Committee to carry out the function assigned to it in paragraph 12 of that resolution;
2 - يؤيد طلب اللجنة أن يطلعها الأمين العام خلال الفترة الانتقالية على مدى تنفيذ استراتيجية الانتقال للبلدان التي يرفع اسمها من القائمة وعلى التقدم الذي أحرزته في مجال التنمية()، كما هو مبين في قرار الجمعية العامة 59/209 من أجل تمكين اللجنة من القيام بالوظيفة المكلفة بها في الفقرة 12 من ذلك القرار؛

(c) In line with resolution 59/209, development partners should support the implementation of the transition strategy and avoid any abrupt reductions in the official development assistance they provide to the graduated country.
(ج) عملا بالقرار 59/209، ينبغي لشركاء التنمية دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية الانتقال وتجنب حدوث أي تخفيضات فجائية في المساعدة الإنمائية الرسمية التي يقدمونها للبلد الذي يُرفع اسمه من القائمة.
