الدول اﻷعضاء على علم بالتقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار وأن يقدم تقريرا في هذا الشأن إلى الجمعية في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين.

1. In its resolution 2002/73, the Commission on Human Rights requested the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights to undertake a study on the implementation of that resolution and to submit an interim study to the Commission at its sixtieth session and a complete study to the Commission at its sixty-second session.
1- طلبت لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2002/73، إلى اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان أن تجري دراسة بشأن تنفيذ هذا القرار وأن تقدم إلى اللجنة دراسة مؤقتة في دورتها الستين ودراسة وافية في دورتها الثانية والستين.

13. Requests the Commission to actively follow up on the implementation of this decision and to mobilize all necessary support in this respect.
