The incumbent will also conduct analysis of data on notification of casualties for use in policy development and public information, and will recommend any amendments or revisions to existing policy or the issuance of new policy or other guidance needed as a consequence of Board of Inquiry recommendations, as well as recommend any managerial or procedural reforms necessary to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
