The Board adopted the following decision:
١٩ - وجه الرئيس انتباه المجلس التنفيذي إلى الفقرة ٣ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٢٢٢ باء المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، التي جاء فيها أن الجمعية العامة " تشجع جميع الهيئات التي يحق لها حاليا تحرير محاضر لجلساتها أن تعيد النظر في حاجتها إلى هذه المحاضر، وبخاصة المحاضر الحرفية، وأن تبلغ توصياتها إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين " واعتمد المجلس المقرر التالي:

In accordance with established practice and pursuant to General Assembly decision 48/421, paragraph 7, the Special Committee had considered the question relating to military activities and arrangements by colonial Powers in Territories under their administration and its recommendation to the General Assembly was contained in document A/49/23 (Part III), chapter V.
