The Committee reiterates its recommendation that further efforts must be undertaken to ensure that the general principles of the Convention are reflected in the legislation, guide policy discussions, and are appropriately integrated into any judicial and administrative decisions as well as into the development and implementation of all projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
وتكرر اللجنة توصيتها الداعية إلى بذل مزيد من الجهود لضمان تجلي المبادئ العامة للاتفاقية في التشريعات، والاسترشاد بها في مناقشات السياسات العامة، وإدماجها على النحو المناسب في أي قرارات قضائية وإدارية وكذلك في عملية وضع وتنفيذ جميع المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي تؤثر على الأطفال.
