4. The Committee may, because of the exceptional nature of a communication, request written explanations or statements that relate only to the admissibility of that communication.
4- يجوز للجنة، بسبب الطبيعة الاستثنائية لبلاغ ما، أن تطلب توضيحات أو بيانات خطية تتناول فقط مسألة مقبولية البلاغ.

It recalls that, under the Optional Protocol, the State party concerned is required to submit to the Committee written explanations or statements clarifying the matter and the remedy, if any, that may have been taken by the State.
وتذكِّر بأن الدولة الطرف المعنية مطالبة، بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، بتقديم توضيحات أو بيانات خطية للجنة توضِّح المسألة وسبل الانتصاف المتاحة، إن وجدت، التي قد تكون الدولة الطرف قد اتخذتها.

3. Within six months after receipt of the Committee's request under the present rule, the State party concerned shall submit to the Committee written explanations or statements that shall relate both to the admissibility of the communication and its merits, and to any remedy that may have been provided in the matter.

10- يجوز أن تطلب اللجنة أو فريق عامل أو المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، متصرفاً باسم اللجنة، إلى الدولة الطرف أو صاحب/أصحاب البلاغ القيام، في غضون مهلة زمنية محددة، تقديم توضيحات أو بيانات خطية إضافية فيما يتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ أو أسسه الموضوعية.
