وإذ تؤكد من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا وبرنامج عمل المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية وإعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين والوثائق الختامية لمؤتمرات استعراضها،

The international community should promote effective international cooperation, supporting the efforts of developing countries, for the full realization of the right to development and the elimination of obstacles to development, through, inter alia, the implementation of the provisions of the Declaration on the Right to Development as reaffirmed by the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action.
وينبغي للمجتمع الدولي أن يشجع قيام تعاون دولي فعال يدعم جهود البلدان النامية، للإعمال الكامل للحق في التنمية وإزالة العقبات التي تعترض التنمية من خلال أمور من بينها تنفيذ أحكام إعلان الحق في التنمية وفقا لما أكده من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا.

In his previous report, the Special Rapporteur again referred to General Assembly resolution 40/123 of 13 December 1985, which draws the attention of States to “the constructive role that national non—governmental organizations can play”, as reaffirmed by the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action of 1993.
وقد أشار المقرر الخاص في تقريره الماضي مرة أخرى إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 40/123 المؤرخ في 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1985، والذي يلفت انتباه الدول إلى " الدور البناء الذي يمكن للمنظمات غير الحكومية الوطنية الاضطلاع به " ، كما أكد عليه من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا لعام 1993.

1. The Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action adopted at the 1993 World Conference on Human Rights reaffirmed the commitment of all States to fulfil their obligations to promote universal respect for, and observance and protection of, all human rights and fundamental freedoms for all in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, other instruments relating to human rights and international law.
1- أكد من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا اللذان اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان لعام 1993 التزام جميع الدول بأداء التزاماتها بتعزيز الاحترام العالمي لجميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لجميع الناس والتقيد بها وفقاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وسائر الصكوك المتصلة بحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي.

Reaffirming the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action adopted in June 1993 by the World Conference on Human Rights (A/CONF.157/23) and the United Nations Millennium Declaration, and recalling the special session of the General Assembly on children, which inter alia called for the protection of children, particularly those under difficult circumstances,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان في عام 1993 (A/CONF.157/23)، وإعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن الألفية، وتشير إلى الدورة الاستثنائية للجمعية العامة المعنية بالأطفال التي دعت، في جملة أمور، إلى حماية الأطفال، وبوجه خاص الأطفال الذين يتعرضون لظروف صعبة،

The links between social, economic and other spheres of the life of individuals and society find their reflection in the holistic concept of human rights, reiterated in the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action, which says: " All human rights are universal, indivisible and interdependent and interrelated.
61- إن الروابط بين الميادين الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وسائر ميادين حياة الأفراد والمجتمع يعكسها مفهوم حقوق الإنسان الشامل الذي أكده من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا حيث جاء فيه: " جميع حقوق الإنسان عالمية وغير قابلة للتجزئة ومترابطة ومتشابكة.

III. adopted by the World Conference on Human rights at Vienna in June 1993, which requires effective measures against female infanticide, harmful child labour, the sale of children and their organs, child prostitution, child pornography and other forms of sexual abuse,
إذ تؤكد من جديد إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا)١( اللذين اعتمدهما المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان في فيينا في حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٣، واللذين يدعوان إلى اتخاذ تدابير فعالة ضد قتل المواليد من اﻹناث، وعمل اﻷطفال الضار بهم، وبيع اﻷطفال وأعضاء اﻷطفال، وبغاء اﻷطفال، واستخدام اﻷطفال في إنتاج المواد اﻹباحية، وغير ذلك من أشكال اﻹمتهان الجنسي.

Stressing that all human rights are universal, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated and that the international community must treat human rights globally in a fair and equal manner, on the same footing, and with the same emphasis, as reaffirmed in the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action adopted by the World Conference on Human Rights in June 1993 (A/CONF.157/23),
