The attention of the Committee is drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
14 - ويُسترعى انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة، المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية؛ وأكدت فيه من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

The attention of the Committee is drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
ونسترعي انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الباب 6 من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المناسبة من بين لجان الجمعية العامة وأنها هي المكلفة بالمسؤوليات عن شؤون الإدارة والمالية، وأعادت التأكيد أيضا على أهمية دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

2. Reiterates the provisions of section VI of its resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which it reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with the responsibility for administrative and budgetary matters and also reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions;

وقد استرعي انتباه اللجنة إلى الباب السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي كانت الجمعية العامة قد أكدت فيه من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الادارية ومسائل الميزانية وأكدت فيه من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية.

وقد استرعي انتباه اللجنة إلى الباب السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء الذي كانت الجمعية العامة قد أكدت فيه من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الادارية ومسائل الميزانية وأكدت فيه من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية.

ويُوجّه الانتباه إلى أحكام الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة، المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكدت من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

9 - ووجهت الانتباه إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 1990، التي أكدت فيها الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المناسبة للجمعية لتحمل المسؤوليات عن المسائل الإدارية المتعلقة بالميزانية، كما أكدت من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

4- وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 19، يسترعى الانتباه إلى أحكام الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المناسبة التابعة للجمعية العامة والمنوط بها المسؤوليات المتعلقة بالمسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكدت فيه مجدداً على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشوون الإدارة والميزانية.

In this connection, I should like to refer to section IV of General Assembly resolution 45/248 on the procedures for administrative and budgetary matters, whereby the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee is the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters, as well as the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
وأود أن أشير، في هذا الصدد، إلى الفرع الرابع من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٥/٢٤٨ المتعلق باﻹجراءات الخاصة بالمسائل اﻹدارية ومسائل الميزانية، حيث تؤكد الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة التي تتولى المسؤولية فيما يتعلق بالمسائل اﻹدارية ومسائل الميزانية، فضلا عن دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية.

“Reaffirms its resolution 45/248 of 21 December 1990, which reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee is the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and expressed concern at the tendency of its substantive Committees and other intergovernmental bodies to involve themselves in administrative and budgetary matters.”
