2. Each State Party shall endeavour to ensure that any discretionary legal powers under its domestic law relating to the prosecution of persons for offences that are covered by this Convention are exercised to maximize the effectiveness of law enforcement measures in respect of those offences and with due regard to the need to deter the commission of such offences.
٢ - يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تسعى الى ضمان ممارسة أية صلاحيات قانونية تقديرية تتيحها قوانينها الداخلية فيما يتعلق بملاحقة اﻷشخاص لارتكابهم جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية من أجل تحقيق الفعالية القصوى لتدابير انفاذ القوانين التي تتخذ بشأن تلك الجرائم ، ومع ايلاء الاعتبار الواجب لضرورة ردع ارتكابها .

(b) Adopt such measures as may be necessary to authorize its courts to order those who have committed offences under this Convention to pay compensation, damages or penalties to another State Party that may have been harmed by such offences;
(ب) أن تعتمد ما قد يلزم من تدابير للإذن لمحاكمها بأن تأمر من ارتكب جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية بدفع تعويض أو عطل وضرر أو جزاءات لدولة طرف أخرى يمكن أن تكون قد تضررت من هذه الجرائم؛

(ب) استخدام القوة البدنية أو التهديد أو الترهيب للتدخل في ممارسة أي موظف قضائي أو موظف معني بانفاذ القانون مهامه الرسمية في اجراءات تتعلق بارتكاب جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.
