165. This constitutional provision, which is similar to that contained in article 191 of the 1962 Constitution, is further developed in the current Labour Code, of which Book 2 deals with collective labour law, title 1 deals with professional associations, and chapter 1 deals with the right to professional association and the protection of that right.
165- ويرد هذا الحكم الدستوري، الذي يشبه الحكم الوارد في المادة 191 من دستور عام 1962، في شكل أكثر تفصيلاً في قانون العمل الحالي؛ حيث يتناول الباب الثاني منه قانون العمل الجماعي، ويعالج العنوان الأول النقابات المهنية، ويتناول الفصل الأول الحق في تكوين جمعيات مهنية وحماية هذا الحق.
