(17) The Committee is concerned by the presence on the territory of the State party of the former president of the Central African Republic, Mr. AngeFélix Patassé, in view of the fact that, on 13 April 2006, the Central African Court of Cassation referred his case to the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity (arts. 6 and 8).
(17) وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء وجود رئيس جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى السابق، السيد آنج - فيليكس باتاسيه، على أراضي الدولة الطرف، علماً بأن محكمة النقض في جمهورية إفريقيا الوسطى أحالت قضيته في 13 نيسان/أبريل 2006 على المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليحاكم فيها بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية (المادتان 6 و8).
