3. Urges all parties to armed conflicts to provide safe unimpeded access to humanitarian assistance for these women and children;
3 - تحث جميع أطراف النزاعات المسلحة على إتاحة وصول المساعدة الإنسانية بصورة آمنة وبدون عراقيل لهؤلاء النساء والأطفال؛

It also urged all parties to armed conflicts to protect those women and children and provide unimpeded access to humanitarian assistance for them, and requested the Secretary-General to prepare a report on the implementation of the resolution.
وحثت أيضا جميع أطراف النزاعات المسلحة على حماية هؤلاء النساء واﻷطفال وإتاحة وصول المساعدة اﻹنسانية بدون عراقيل إليهم وطلبت الى اﻷمين العام إعداد تقرير عن تنفيذ القرار.

" The Security Council further reiterates its call for all parties to armed conflict to respect international law applicable to the rights and protection of women and children, as well as displaced persons and humanitarian workers and other civilians who may have specific vulnerabilities, such as persons with disabilities and older persons.

60. While the primary responsibility for the protection of civilians rested with the Governments of the countries involved in a conflict, all parties to armed conflicts bore the responsibility for ensuring the safety of civilians.
60 - وأضاف قائلاً إنه بينما تقع المسؤولية الرئيسية عن حماية المدنين على عاتق حكومات البلدان المتورطة في نزاع ما، يتحمل جميع أطراف النزاعات المسلحة المسؤولية عن ضمان سلامة المدنيين.

8. Urges all parties to armed conflicts to provide safe, unimpeded access to humanitarian assistance for those women and children, in accordance with international humanitarian law;
