وينبغي أن يولي المجتمع الدولي اهتماماً خاصاً إلى جميع الأطفال ضحايا الصراع المسلح، بغض النظر عمّا إذا كان الصراع المعني ما زال مستمراً أم تجمد أم طال مداه، وينبغي التصدي للانتهاكات الجسيمة ضد الأطفال في جميع الظروف الخاصة بالصراع.

Furthermore, the Committee recommends that measures be taken to provide counselling and support services to all children victims of violence, including those who bully others in school.

National strategies for the protection of children had been developed but the national protection services had to be improved or replaced if all child victims of sexual exploitation and their families were to receive the economic, psychological and social care needed for full rehabilitation, reintegration and follow-up.
ورغم وضع استراتيجيات لحماية الأطفال إلا أن خدمات الحماية الوطنية لم تُحسَّن أو تُجدَد بما يكفل تزويد جميع الأطفال ضحايا الاستغلال الجنسي وأسرهم بالرعاية الاقتصادية والنفسية والاجتماعية اللازمة لتأهيلهم وإدماجهم ومتابعتهم بشكل كامل.

It also recommends that the State party ensure, through adequate legal provisions and regulations, that all child victims or witnesses of crimes are provided with the protection required in the Convention, and that the State party take fully into account the Guidelines on Justice in Matters involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime.

61. all child victims of CST experience serious emotional, psychological and physical consequences, including physical injury, pain and fear, and psychological distress resulting in guilt, low self-esteem, depression and, in some cases, suicide and put children at risk of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS.
61- يعاني جميع الأطفال ضحايا سياحة الجنس من عواقب عاطفية ونفسية وبدنية جسيمة، منها الإصابة البدنية، والألم والخوف، والكرب النفسي الناجم عن الشعور بالذنب، وتدني احترام الذات، والاكتئاب، وأحياناً الانتحار والتعرض للعدوى المنقولة جنسياً مثل فيروس نقص المناعة البشري/الإيدز.

The State party should also ensure that all child victims of the offences described in the Optional Protocol have access to adequate procedures to seek, without discrimination, compensation from those legally responsible, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 4 of the Optional Protocol.

The Committee also recommends that the State party ensure, through adequate legal provisions and regulations, that all child victims or witnesses of crimes are provided with the protection required in the Convention and that the State party take fully into account the Guidelines on Justice in Matters involving Child Victims and Witnesses of Crime.
كما توصيها بأن تضمن، عن طريق أحكام وأنظمة قانونية مناسبة، تلقي جميع الأطفال ضحايا أو شهود الجرائم الحماية التي تقتضيها الاتفاقية، وبأن تأخذ تماماً في اعتبارها المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن العدالة في الأمور المتعلقة بالأطفال ضحايا الجريمة والشهود عليها.

(d) Establish mechanisms for ensuring effective follow-up support for all child victims of domestic violence upon their family reintegration.
(د) وضع آليات لتوفير دعم فعال من أجل المتابعة يستفيد منه جميع الأطفال ضحايا العنف المنزلي لدى إعادة دمجهم في أسرهم.

82. The Committee urges the State party to provide systematic and adequate training to law enforcement officials and prosecutors with the view of protecting all child victims of trafficking and improving enforcement of existing legislation.
82- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على توفير تدريب منهجي وملائم للمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القانون والمدّعين العامين لحماية جميع الأطفال ضحايا الاتجار وتحسين إنفاذ التشريعات القائمة.

(b) all child victims of such activities be duly protected and receive assistance for their physical and psychological recovery and their social reintegration.

Ensure that all child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol are provided with access to adequate procedures to seek compensation, without discrimination, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 4, of the Protocol.

29. Further calls upon States to ensure that all child victims of violence have access to appropriate child-sensitive health care and services, as well as social services, and that special attention is paid to the gender-specific needs of girls and boys who are victims of violence;
29- يهيب كذلك بالدول أن تكفل حصول جميع الأطفال ضحايا العنف على الرعاية والخدمات الصحية المناسبة التي تراعي احتياجاتهم، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الاجتماعية، وأن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً لاحتياجات البنات والبنين من ضحايا العنف مع مراعاة نوع الجنس؛

41. CRC recommended that Cuba protect all child victims of abuse, domestic violence, sexual and economic exploitation, abduction and trafficking, and/or witnesses of such crimes.
41- وأوصت لجنة حقوق الطفل بأن تحمي كوبا جميع الأطفال ضحايا الاعتداء والعنف المنزلي والاستغلال الجنسي والاقتصادي والاختطاف والاتجار و/أو الأطفال الشهود على هذه الجرائم(62).

Provide further resources to support sheltering and physical and psychological recovery of all children, victims of sale or trafficking.
