In October 2011, the Secretariat sent a note verbale, in which it requested all States parties to the Convention that had not done so to designate central authorities responsible for requests for mutual legal assistance.

Several delegations emphasized the importance for all States parties to the Convention that had not already done so to take the necessary steps to become parties to the Agreement relating to the Implementation of Part XI of the Convention.

5. The Human Rights Council invites all States parties to the Convention that have not yet done so to make the declarations provided for in articles 21 and 22 concerning inter-State and individual communications.
5- ويدعو مجلس حقوق الإنسان جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية التي لم تصدر بعد الإعلانات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 21 و22 فيما يتعلق ببلاغات الدول والأفراد إلى القيام بذلك.

6. The Human Rights Council invites all States parties to the Convention that have not yet done so to notify the Secretary-General of their acceptance of the amendments to articles 17 and 18 as soon as possible in order to enhance the efficiency of the Committee against Torture.
6- ويدعو مجلس حقوق الإنسان جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية التي لم تخطر بعد الأمين العام بقبولها تعديلات المادتين 17 و18 إلى أن تبادر إلى ذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن بغية تعزيز فعالية لجنة مناهضة التعذيب.

5. The Human Rights Council invites all States parties to the Convention that have not yet done so to make the declarations provided for in articles 21 and 22 concerning interState and individual communications.
5- ويدعو مجلس حقوق الإنسان جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية التي لم تصدر بعد الإعلانات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 21 و22 فيما يتعلق ببلاغات الدول والأفراد إلى القيام بذلك.

On 16 August 2001, the Committee sent a letter to the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of all States parties to the Convention that have not yet notified their acceptance of the amendment to article 43.2 of the Convention encouraging them to do so.
21- وفي 16 آب/أغسطس 2001، بعثت اللجنة برسالة إلى وزراء خارجية جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية التي لم تُخطر بعد بقبولها بتعديل المادة 43-2 من الاتفاقية مشجعة إياها على القيام بذلك.

8. Several delegations emphasized how important it was for all States parties to the Convention that had not already done so to take the necessary steps to become parties to the Agreement relating to the implementation of Part XI of the Convention.

8. Also reaffirms the importance of the Second Protocol to the Convention, adopted at The Hague on 26 March 1999, and of its implementation, and invites all States parties to the Convention that have not already done so to consider becoming parties to the Second Protocol;
8 - تؤكد من جديد أيضا أهمية البروتوكول الثاني للاتفاقية المعتمد في لاهاي في 26 آذار/مارس 1999 وتنفيذه، وتدعو جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية التي لم تنظر بعد في أن تصبح طرفا في البروتوكول الثاني إلى القيام بذلك؛

8. Also reaffirms the importance of the Second Protocol to the Convention, adopted at The Hague on 26 March 1999,2 and of its implementation, and invites all States parties to the Convention that have not already done so to consider becoming parties to the Second Protocol;
