4. Urges all States to promote and implement effectively and in good faith the provisions of the Declaration in all its aspects;

The draft resolution invites the General Assembly to reaffirm the Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism annexed to resolution 49/60 and to urge all States to promote and implement effectively and in good faith the provisions of the Declaration in all its aspects.
ويدعو مشروع القرار الجمعية العامة إلى أن تؤكد من جديد اﻹعلان المتعلق بالتدابير الرامية إلى القضاء على اﻹرهاب الدولي، المرفق بالقرار ٤٩/٦٠، وتحث جميع الدول على أن تعزز وتنفذ بحسن نية وبفعالية أحكام هذا اﻹعلان بكل جوانبه.
