It also recommends that the State party undertake systematic ongoing education and training programmes on the provisions of the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children, such as judges, lawyers, law enforcement officials, civil servants, teachers, health personnel including psychologists, and social workers.
كما توصي بأن تضطلع الدولة الطرف ببرامج توعية وتدريب مستمرة بشأن أحكام الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة لأجل الأطفال ومعهم، ومن هؤلاء مثلاً، القضاة، والمحامون، وموظفو إنفاذ القانون، وموظفو الخدمة المدنية، والمدرسون، والموظفون الصحيون، بمن فيهم الأخصائيون النفسيون، والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون.

26. The Committee recommends that all professional groups working for and with children be adequately and systematically trained in children's rights, in particular law-enforcement officials, teachers, media, health workers, social workers, personnel working in all forms of alternative care and migration authorities.
26- توصي اللجنة بتقديم التدريب الكافي والمنهجي على حقوق الطفل إلى جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، ولا سيما الموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القوانين والمعلمون ووسائط الإعلام والأخصائيون الصحيون والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون والعاملون في جميع أشكال الرعاية البديلة وسلطات الهجرة.

(b) Strengthen its efforts in disseminating information on the Convention and its implementation and develop systematic and ongoing training programmes on the provisions of the Convention for all professional groups working with or for children.

28. The Committee recommends that all professional groups working with and for children be adequately and systematically trained on children's rights, in particular judges, lawyers, the police and the army, health, education and social welfare personnel and personnel working in all forms of alternative care at national, provincial and local levels.
28- توصي اللجنة بتدريب جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ولصالحهم تدريباً ملائماً ومنهجياً على حقوق الطفل، ولا سيما القضاة والمحامون وأفراد الشرطة والجيش والعاملون في الصحة والتعليم والرعاية الاجتماعية والموظفون العاملون في جميع أشكال الرعاية البديلة وطنياً ومحلياً وعلى مستوى المقاطعات.

(c) Strengthen systematic gender-sensitive education and training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all professional groups working with child victims of the crimes covered by the Optional Protocol; and
(ج) تعزيز التثقيف والتدريب بصورة منهجية وبما يراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين بشأن أحكام البروتوكول لصالح جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري؛

(b) Develop systematic and ongoing training programmes on the Convention for all professional groups working with and for children, such as judges, lawyers, law enforcement officials, civil servants, teachers, health personnel, including psychologists, and social workers;
(ب) وضع برامج تدريبية منهجية ومستمرة بشأن أحكام الاتفاقية من أجل جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال، كالقضاة والمحامين والموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون وموظفي الخدمة المدنية والمعلمين والعاملين في القطاع الصحي، بمن فيهم الأخصائيون النفسيون والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون؛

It also encourages the State party to continue its efforts to sensitize the community, especially parents, and to sensitize and train traditional and religious leaders, as well as all professional groups working with and for children, such as judges, lawyers, law enforcement and army officials, civil servants, personnel working in institutions and places of detention for children, teachers, health personnel, psychologists and social workers.
كما تشجع الدولة الطرف على متابعة جهودها لتوعية المجتمع المحلي وخاصة الوالدين، ولتوعية وتدريب الزعماء التقليديين والدينيين فضلا عن جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ولصالحهم مثل القضاه، والمحامين، والمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القوانين، وأفراد الجيش، والموظفين المدنيين، والعاملين في مؤسسات وأماكن احتجاز الأطفال، والمعلمين، والعاملين الصحيين، والأخصائيين النفسانيين، والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين.

It also recommends the reinforcement of adequate and systematic training of all professional groups working for and with children, in particular law enforcement officials, teachers, including teachers in indigenous communities, health personnel, social workers and personnel in childcare institutions.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعزز برامج التدريب على أحكام الاتفاقية بصورة وافية ومنهجية بين جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة من أجل الأطفال ومعهم، لا سيما الموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القانون، والمعلمون، بمن فيهم المعلمون في مجتمعات السكان الأصليين والموظفون الصحيّون والمرشدون الاجتماعيون والعاملون في مؤسسات رعاية الأطفال.

(a) Continue in its effort to ensure that the new provisions of the Civil Code and Family Law are published and accessible to the public, and are sufficiently known and understood by all professional groups working for and with children;
537- توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بما يلي: (أ) مواصلة جهودها لضمان نشر أحكام القانون المدني الجديد وقانون الأسرة وضمان أن يكونا معروفين ومفهومين بقدر كاف من جانب جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة من أجل الأطفال ومعهم؛

It also recommends the reinforcement of adequate and systematic training of all professional groups working for and with children, in particular law enforcement officials, teachers, including teachers in rural areas, religious and traditional leaders, health personnel and social workers, personnel in childcare institutions as well as the media.
كما توصي بأن يُعزز التدريب بصورة وافية ومنهجية بين جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة من أجل الأطفال ومعهم، ولا سيما الموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القانون، والمعلمون، بمن فيهم المعلمون في المناطق الريفية، والزعماء الدينيون والتقليديون، والموظفون الصحيّون والمرشدون الاجتماعيون والعاملون في مؤسسات رعاية الأطفال، فضلاً عن العاملين في وسائط الإعلام.

(c) Continue and strengthen systematic education and training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all professional groups working with child victims of such crimes, inter alia, the police, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, social workers, teachers and immigration officials;
(ج) أن تواصل أنشطة التثقيف والتدريب بشأن أحكام البروتوكول وتعززها على نحو منهجي لفائدة جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم الواردة في البروتوكول، بمن فيها أفراد الشرطة والمحامون والمدعون العامون والقضاة والمرشدون الاجتماعيون والمدرسون وموظفو الهجرة؛

(c) Continue and strengthen systematic education and training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all professional groups working with child victims of the crimes covered, inter alia, police officers, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, social workers and immigration officials; and
(ج) أن تواصل أنشطة التثقيف والتدريب بشأن أحكام البروتوكول وتعززها على نحو منهجي لفائدة جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم الواردة في البروتوكول، بمن فيهم أفراد الشرطة والمحامون والمدعون العامون والقضاة والمرشدون الاجتماعيون والمدرسون وموظفو الهجرة؛

(15) The Committee recommends that the State party continue and strengthen systematic gender-sensitive education and training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all professional groups working with child victims of the abuses covered by the Optional Protocol.
(15) توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف وتعزز تثقيف جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ضحايا الإساءات المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري بأحكام البروتوكول وتدريبها عليها على نحو منهجي يراعي الفوارق بين الجنسين.

26 The Committee recommends that all professional groups working for and with children be adequately and systematically trained on children's rights, in particular teachers, social workers, lawyers, police, staff of the Office of the Prosecutor-General, members of the Child Courts and Specialized Child Prosecution Offices, members of Child Protection Committees and personnel working in all forms of alternative care of children.
26- توصي اللجنة بتقديم التدريب الكافي والمنهجي على حقوق الطفل إلى جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، لا سيما المعلمون، والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون والمحامون ورجال الشرطة وموظفو مكتب المدعي العام، وأعضاء محاكم الطفل، وأعضاء النيابة العامة المختصون بالأطفال، وأعضاء لجان حماية الطفل والعاملون في جميع أشكال الرعاية البديلة للأطفال.

The Committee recommends that all professional groups working for and with children be adequately and systematically trained on children's rights, in particular law enforcement officials, teachers, health workers, social workers, religious leaders and personnel working in all forms of alternative care.
28- توصي اللجنة بأن تتلقى جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة مع الأطفال أو لصالحهم التدريب الملائم والمنهجي في ما يخص حقوق الطفل، ولا سيما منهم الموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القوانين والمدرّسون والعاملون في القطاع الصحّي والأخصائيون الاجتماعيين والزعماء الدينيون والموظفون العاملون في كافة مجالات الرعاية البديلة.

In addition, it recommends that the State party undertake systematic education and training programmes on the provisions of the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children, such as civil servants, teachers, social workers, health personnel (including psychologists), judges, lawyers and law-enforcement officials.

The Committee recommends reinforcement of adequate and systematic training of all professional groups working for and with children, in particular, law enforcement officials, teachers (including those in indigenous and Afro-descendant communities, rural and remote areas), health workers, social workers and personnel working in all forms of alternative care.
27- توصي اللجنة بتعزيز التدريب بصورة وافية ومنهجية بين جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة من أجل الأطفال ومعهم، لا سيما الموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القانون والمعلمون (بمن فيهم المعلمون في المجتمعات المحلية للسكان الأصليين وللمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي، والمعلمون في المناطق الريفية والنائية) والعاملون الصحيون، والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون، والموظفون العاملون في جميع أشكال الرعاية البديلة.

(c) Continue and strengthen systematic education and training, including in universities, on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all professional groups working with child victims or with children at risk of becoming victims of such crimes, inter alia, the police, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, social workers and immigration officials;
