She further stated that she was " therefore of the opinion that States should pay increased attention to attacks on places of worship and ensure that all perpetrators of such attacks are properly prosecuted and tried " (para. 49).

(ب) اعتماد تشريعات محددة لتجريم جميع أشكال العنف ضد المرأة، بما في ذلك العنف المنزلي والاغتصاب الزوجي، من دون استثناءات وضمن إطار زمني واضح، وضمان مساءلة جميع مرتكبي هذه الأعمال عن طريق إجراء تحقيقات فورية ونزيهة وفعالة في الشكاوى المقدمة، وملاحقة مرتكبي هذا العنف وإنزال العقوبات المناسبة بهم؛
