(e) Amend the Juvenile Protection Law Against Sexual Exploitation (2000) to include, in its definition of child pornography, simulated explicit sexual activities or sexual representation of the sexual parts of a child for primarily sexual purposes, as required by article 2 (c) of the Optional Protocol;

(e) The definition of child pornography as contained in article 2.3 of the Juvenile Protection Law Against Sexual Exploitation (2000), does not cover mere possession of child pornography and simulated explicit sexual activities or sexual representation of the sexual parts of a child for primarily sexual purposes, as required by article 2 (c) of the Optional Protocol.
(ﻫ) أن تعريف استغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية بصيغته الواردة في المادة 2-3 من قانون حماية الأحداث من الاستغلال الجنسي (2000) لا يشمل مجرد حيازة المواد الإباحية المتعلقة بالأطفال أو ممارسة أنشطة جنسية صريحة بالمحاكاة أو تصوير للأعضاء الجنسية للطفل لأغراض إشباع الرغبة الجنسية أساساً، على النحو المطلوب في المادة 2(ج) من البروتوكول الاختياري.

Article 2 (c) of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography defines child pornography as " any representation, by whatever means, of a child engaged in real or simulated explicit sexual activities or any representation of the sexual parts of a child for primarily sexual purposes " .
27- ورد في الفقرة الفرعية (ج) من المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية أن المقصود باستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية هو: " تصوير أي طفل، بأي وسيلة كانت، يمارس ممارسة حقيقية أو بالمحاكاة أنشطة جنسية صريحة أو أي تصوير للأعضاء الجنسية للطفل لإشباع الرغبات الجنسية أساساً " .

24. The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography defines child pornography as any representation, by whatever means, of a child engaged in real or simulated explicit sexual activities or any representation of the sexual parts of a child for primarily sexual purposes (art. 2 (c)).
24- ويعرِّف البروتوكول الاختياري للاتفاقية المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية، وذلك في الفقرة الفرعية (ج) من المادة 2، استغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية بأنه " تصوير أي طفل، بأي وسيلة كانت، يمارس ممارسة حقيقية أو بالمحاكاة أنشطة جنسية صريحة أو أي تصوير للأعضاء الجنسية للطفل لإشباع الرغبة الجنسية أساسا " .
