If refusal of an honour, decoration, favour or gift from a non-governmental source would cause embarrassment to the Organization, or, when circumstances do not allow for prior approval, the staff member may receive it on behalf of the Organization.
وإذا كان رفض وسام أو جميل أو هدية من جهة غير حكومية يسبب إحراجا للمنظمة، أو عندما لا تسمح الظروف بالحصول على موافقة مسبقة، جاز للموظف أن يتسلمها باسم المنظمة.
