130. The Committee recommends that the State party undertake measures to ensure that the situation of children with disabilities is adequately monitored in order to assess effectively their needs.
130- توصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف تدابير لضمان رصد حالة الأطفال المعوقين رصداً كافياً بغية تقييم احتياجاتهم بصورة فعالة.

(b) Undertake measures to ensure that the situation of children with disabilities is monitored in order to assess their situation and needs effectively;
(ب) تنفيذ تدابير لرصد حالة الأطفال المعوقين للوقوف على حالتهم وتقدير احتياجاتهم بفعالية؛

13. International assistance and the exchange of appropriate information will also be needed to address more effectively the challenge of improving the situation of disabled children, in conformity with article 23, paragraph 4 of the Convention.
وسيُحتاج أيضاً إلى المساعدة الدولية وتبادل المعلومات المناسبة لمواجهة التحدي المتمثل في تحسين حالة اﻷطفال المعوقين على نحو فعال، طبقاً للفقرة ٤ من المادة ٣٢ من الاتفاقية.

٩٣- وأشار إلى أن العمل من أجل تحسين حالة اﻷطفال المعوقين قد بدأ في المغرب في الستينات بإنشاء عدد من الرابطات لرعاية مصالحهم وهي رابطات يرأسها أفراد اﻷسرة الملكية.

An employer may not refuse to employ a woman or reduce her pay because she is pregnant or has a child or children under the age of three, or, in the case of single mothers, under the age of 14 (in the case of disabled children, under the age of 16).
لا يجوز لصاحب العمل رفض توظيف المرأة وتخفيض مرتبها لأنها حامل أو لديها أطفال دون سن الثالثة، وكذلك الأم الوحيدة التي لديها أطفال دون سن 14 (دون سن 16 في حالة الأطفال المعوقين).

Women with children between the ages of 3 and 14 (or 16 in the case of children with disabilities) may work overtime or be sent on special assignments only with their consent (Labour Code, art. 162).
أما الأمهات ممن لديهن أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 3 و14 سنة (أو 16 سنة في حالة الأطفال المعوقين فلا يجوز تشغيلهن لساعات إضافية أو إيفادهن في مهام خاصة إلا بموافقتهن (قانون الأسرة، المادة 162).
