Germany noted that the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination had expressed concern about the lack of information on the situation of minority women in Japan, the multiple forms of discrimination and the marginalization this group may face with respect to education, employment, health, social welfare and exposure to violence, including within their own communities.
