4. The Committee also responded to one of the arguments of the State party by stating:

5.1 In comments dated 15 March 2002, the authors supplied comments, restricted to the admissibility arguments of the State party.
5-1 قدم أصحاب البلاغ في 15 آذار/مارس 2002 تعليقات تقتصر على حجج الدولة الطرف بشأن مقبولية البلاغ.

The Committee, after examining the claims and evidence submitted by the complainant as well as the arguments of the State party, concluded that she had not advanced satisfactory evidence or details relating to her custody in the basement of a detention facility in Iran or escape from detention.

The Committee, after examining the claims and evidence submitted by the complainant as well as the arguments of the State party, concluded that the claimant had been unable to counter-argue the inconsistencies pointed out by the State party with regard to the documents provided and the testimony given.
وبعد دراسة الادعاءات والأدلة التي قدمها صاحب الشكوى وكذا حجج الدولة الطرف، انتهت اللجنة إلى أن صاحب الشكوى لم يستطع ضحد مواطن التضارب التي أشارت إليها الدولة الطرف فيما يتعلق بالوثائق المقدمة والشهادة المدلى بها.

7.6 In light of the conclusion reached by the Committee, it does not find it necessary to refer to the arguments of the State party related to the authors' abuse of the right of submission and the inadmissibility of the communication ratione temporis.
7-6 ولا ترى اللجنة، في ضوء الاستنتاج الذي توصلت إليه، ضرورة الإشارة إلى حجج الدولة الطرف المتعلقة بانتهاك صاحبي البلاغ لحق تقديم البلاغات وعدم مقبولية البلاغ من حيث الاختصاص الزماني.

5.5 The author contends that the arguments of the State party referring to Protocol No. 7 of the European Convention do not apply to the complaint before the Committee, since the scope of article 14, paragraph 5, of the Covenant differs considerably from that of Protocol No. 7.

It considers, in any event, that since the submission of the present communication to the Committee, on 25 September 2006, it is for the latter to evaluate the good faith of the complainant in his presentation of facts and evidence, and their relevance, for the Committee, in addressing the arguments of the State party on the inadmissibility of the communication.
