2. Lebanon supports lifting the embargo against Cuba and the freezing of all measures adopted in that context which affect international free trade, navigation and economic cooperation in general and with Cuba, in particular.
٢ - ويؤيد لبنان رفع الحصار المفروض على كوبا وتجميد كافة التدابير المتخذة في هذا الصدد والتي تمس حرية التجارة الدولية والملاحة والتعاون الاقتصادي بوجه عام، ومع كوبا بوجه خاص.

Their positive response in this regard is especially important in order to maintain the developed countries' continued commitment to, and confidence in, globalization, on which so much of international free trade depends.
واستجابــة هــذه المؤسسات وهذه البلدان الإيجابية تصبح ضرورية بشكل خاص للإبقاء على التزام البلدان النامية وثقتها بالعولمة التي تتوقف عليها أمور كثيرة في صدد حرية التجارة الدولية.

39. It was noted that economic growth in rich countries had historically originated not from unrestrained international free trade, but from consciously framed industrialization policies that had progressively shaped particular economic structures.
39- ولوحظ أن النمو الاقتصادي في البلدان الغنية قد نشأ تاريخياً ليس من حرية التجارة الدولية دون قيود، وإنما من سياسات تصنيع صيغت عن وعي وتشكلت عنها تدريجياً هياكل اقتصادية معينة.
