والتصديق هو التأكيد الخطي الذي يصدره الكيان التشغيلي المعين خلال فترة زمنية محددة، بأن التحريج أو إعادة التحريج لنشاط مشروع في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة قد حقق صافي التخفيضات في انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصارف بعد التحقق من ذلك.

This target relates to the temperature-corrected 1990 figure and is on a " net " basis adding emissions by sources and removals by sinks; and the Netherlands has adopted 1990 as base year and IPCC methodology to calculate emissions for feedstocks.

Verification is the periodic independent review and ex post determination by the designated operational entity of the monitored actual net greenhouse gas removals by sinks achieved by an afforestation or reforestation project activity under the CDM [since the start of the project] during the verification period.
39- التحقق هو الاستعراض الدوري المستقل والتحديد اللاحق اللذان يجريهما الكيان التشغيلي المعين للتخفيضات التي جرى رصدها لانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرة المنشأ حسب المصارف والتي حدثت نتيجة التحريج أو إعادة التحريج لنشاط مشروع ما في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة [منذ بداية المشروع] خلال فترة التحقق.

Insurance has been acquired for any CERs that would be issued corresponding to the net anthropogenic greenhouse gas removals by sinks determined in paragraph 43 and 44 below;
(أ) أنه قد تم الحصول على تأمين لكل خفض في الانبعاثات التي قد تصدر مقابل صافي نفايات الغازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب المصارف والمحددة في الفقرة 43 و44 أدناه؛

The flagging of iCERs shall be considered final 30 days after receipt of the certification report showing a reduction in the actual net greenhouse gas removals by sinks during a verification period, unless a Party involved in the project activity or at least three members of the Executive Board request a review of the proposed flagging of iCERs.
78- وسيعتبر وضع العلامات على تخفيضات الانبعاثات نهائياً بعد 30 يوماً من استلام تقرير التصديق الذي يبين الخفض في صافي انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة الفعلية حسب المصارف أثناء فترة التحقق، ما لم يطلب الطرف المعني بنشاط المشروع، أو ثلاثة أعضاء على الأقل من المجلس التنفيذي، استعراض وضع العلامات المقترحة لهذه التخفيضات.
