Reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources shall be adjusted for leakage in accordance with the provisions of appendix B for the relevant project categories.
ويجري تكييف التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ حسب مصادرها لمراعاة التسرب بموجب أحكام التذييل باء، من أجل كل فئة من فئات المشاريع.

Parties included in Annex I to the Convention, in a comprehensive manner, covering all greenhouse gases, their emissions by sources and removals by sinks and all relevant sectors, shall:

The certification report shall constitute a request for issuance of CERs equal to the enhanced reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of greenhouse gases, as verified.
99- يشكل تقرير التصديق طلباً لإصدار وحدات تخفيض الانبعاثات المعتمدة تعادل التخفيضات المعززة للانبعاثات البشرية حسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بالبواليع] لغازات الدفيئة على النحو المتحقق منه.

A CDM project activity is additional if anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases by sources are reduced below those that would have occurred in the absence of the registered CDM project activity.
26- يكون نشاط مشروع الآلية زائدا إذا ما انخفضت انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب مصادرها عن تلك التي كان يمكن أن تصدر في غياب نشاط مشروع الآلية المسجل.

The baseline for a CDM project activity is the scenario that reasonably represents the anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases that would occur in the absence of the proposed project activity.
27- يشكل خط الأساس لنشاط مشروع الآلية السيناريو الذي يمثل انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب مصادرها التي يمكن أن تحدث في غياب نشاط المشروع المقترح.

Leakage is defined as the net change of anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases which occurs outside the project boundary, and which is measurable and attributable to the CDM project activity.
30- يعرف التسرب بأنه التغير الصافي في انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب مصادرها التي تحدث خارج حدود المشروع، والتي يمكن قياسها واعتبارها ناجمة عن نشاط مشروع الآلية.

On the recommendation of its Working Group I, the IPCC, at its tenth session, approved the revised Guidelines and their use for the calculation and reporting of national inventories of greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks.
وقد أقر الفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بتغير المناخ في دورته العاشرة، بناء على توصية الفريق العامل اﻷول التابع له، المبادئ التوجيهية المنقحة واستخدامها لحساب قوائم الجرد الوطنية لانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة واﻹبلاغ بها، حسب مصادرها وإزالتها بالبواليع.

Option 2: Certify emission reductions by sources [and/or enhancements of removals by sinks4] which have resulted from CDM project activities4,11 and issue CERs4;
الخيار 2: اعتماد تخفيضات الانبعاثات [و/أو تعزيز عمليات الإزالة بالبواليع(4)] التي تسفر عنها أنشطة مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة(4)(11) حسب مصادرها وإصدار وحدات تخفيضات الانبعاثات المعتمدة(4)؛

(b) Any such project provides a reduction in emissions by sources, or an enhancement of removals by sinks, that is additional to any that would otherwise occur;

(b) Sequestration projects: JI provisions refer to projects aimed at reducing emissions by sources or enhancing anthropogenic removals of GHGs by sinks.

Each Party included in Annex I to the Convention shall, in a comprehensive manner, covering all greenhouse gases, their emissions by sources and removals by sinks and all relevant sectors, taking into account paragraph 121.3 below:
الاقتراح ٢١ ١٢١- يقوم كل طرف مدرج في المرفق اﻷول من الاتفاقية، بطريقة شاملة تغطي كل غازات الدفيئة وانبعاثاتها حسب مصادرها وإزالتها بالمصارف وكل القطاعات ذات الصلة، ومع مراعاة الفقرة ١٢١-٣ أدناه، بما يلي:

Determine the enhanced reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of greenhouse gases, based on the data and information used in (b) and obtained through (c) and/or (d), as appropriate, using calculation procedures consistent with those contained in the registered project design documents;
(و) تحديد التخفيضات المعززة للانبعاثات البشرية حسب مصادرها [و/أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بالبواليع] بالنسبة لغازات الدفيئة، على أساس البيانات والمعلومات المستخدمة في (ب) والمتحصل عليها عن طريق (ج) و/أو (د)، حسب الاقتضاء، باستخدام إجراءات حسابات تتفق وما ورد في وثائق تصميمات المشروع المسجل؛

The project boundary shall encompass significant anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases under the control of the project participants that are reasonably attributable to the small-scale CDM project activity, in accordance with provisions of appendix B for the relevant project category.
31- تشمل حدود المشروع الكميات المؤثرة من انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب مصادرها التي تخضع لمراقبة المشاركين في المشروع، والتي تعزى إلى نشاط المشروع الصغير للآلية، وفقا لأحكام التذييل باء من أجل فئة المشروع المعنية.

Estimate or measure anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases occurring within the project boundary during the crediting period as specified in appendix B for the relevant project category;
(أ) تقدير أو حساب انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ حسب مصادرها التي صدرت في حدود المشروع أثناء فترة الاستحقاقات، كما هو مبين في التذييل باء من أجل فئة المشروع المعنية؛

Determine the baseline of anthropogenic emissions by sources of greenhouse gases occurring within the project boundary during the crediting period, as specified in appendix B for the relevant project category;
