For example, Creditor A may have a security right in all of the grantor's receivables by virtue of its security right in all of the grantor's existing and future inventory and the proceeds arising upon the sale or other disposition thereof, and Creditor B may have a security right in all of the grantor's existing and future receivables as original collateral.

In addition, if the owner/grantor failed to pursue infringers or renew registrations, the secured creditor could consider that that failure constituted an event of default as described in the security agreement and could enforce its security right in the encumbered intellectual property.

31- وعندما تكون الموجودات المرهونة حقاً تعاقدياً آخر منصوصاً عليه في اتفاق الترخيص من الباطن، يجوز للدائن المضمون إنفاذ حقه الضماني في هذا الحق التعاقدي كما لو كان أيَّ موجودات مرهونة أخرى.

That is, buyers and lessees may grant security rights to other creditors in the same manner as they could were the seller to have sold the tangible property outright and simply taken its own security right in the property.
