إذ يشير إلى قراريه 7/36 المؤرخ 28 آذار/مارس 2008 و12/16 المؤرخ 2 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009، وإلى جميع القرارات السابقة الصادرة عن لجنة حقوق الإنسان والمجلس بشأن الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير،

Reaffirming further Human Rights Council resolution 6/30 of 14 December 2007 on integrating the human rights of women throughout the United Nations system, all resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights and of the Council on the elimination of violence against women, all General Assembly resolutions relevant to the elimination of all forms of violence against women, and recalling the Security Council resolutions on women, peace and security,
وإذ يؤكد من جديد كذلك قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/30 المؤرخ 14 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2007 بشأن إدماج حقوق الإنسان الخاصة بالمرأة على نطاق منظومة الأمم المتحدة، وجميع قرارات لجنة حقوق الإنسان والمجلس بشأن القضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، وجميع قرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة بالقضاء على جميع أشكال العنف ضد المرأة، وإذ يشير إلى قرارات مجلس الأمن المتعلقة بالمرأة والسلام والأمن،

Recalling also Human Rights Council resolution 16/4 of 24 March 2011 and all previous resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights and the Council on the right to freedom of opinion and expression, including Council resolution 20/8 of 5 July 2012 on the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet,
وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 16/4 المؤرخ 24 آذار/مارس 2011 وإلى كل القرارات السابقة للجنة حقوق الإنسان والمجلس بشأن حرية الرأي والتعبير، بما فيها قرار المجلس 20/8 المؤرخ 5 تموز/يوليه 2012 المتعلق بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان على الإنترنت والتمتع بها،

Reaffirming all previous resolutions adopted by the Commission on Human Rights and the Council on the issue of human rights and international solidarity, including Commission resolution 2005/55 and Council resolutions 6/3 and 7/5, and taking note of the reports presented by the independent expert on human rights and international solidarity, in particular his latest one (A/HRC/9/10),
