114- وأشير إلى أنه لن يكون حلا سريعا أو فعالا من حيث التكلفة في الأحوال العادية أن يُترك لصاحب الامتياز أمر الحصول على حقوق الارتفاق مباشرة من مالكي العقارات المعنيين.

2. Any easements that may be required for the implementation of the project shall be created in accordance with [the enacting State indicates the provisions of its laws that govern the creation of easements for reasons of public interest].
2- تُنشأ أي حقوق ارتفاق قد يلزم الحصول عليها لتنفيذ المشروع وفقا لـ [تحدد الدولة المشترعة أحكام قوانينها التي تنظم انشاء حقوق الارتفاق لأسباب تتعلق بالمصلحة العامة].
