11. The establishment of a multilateral mechanism for the provision of nuclear fuel envisaged in the context of non-proliferation might disturb the balance of the rights and obligations of States parties under the current instruments and erode the right to make use of peaceful nuclear applications without discrimination.

6 - يطالب كذلك جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية بالعودة في وقت قريب إلى المعاهدة وضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، مع مراعاة حقوق والتزامات الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة، ويشدد على ضرورة أن تواصل جميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة الامتثال للالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب المعاهدة؛

6. Demands further that the DPRK return at an early date to the NPT and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards, bearing in mind the rights and obligations of States parties to the NPT, and underlines the need for all States Parties to the NPT to continue to comply with their Treaty obligations;
6 - يطالب كذلك جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية بالعودة في وقت قريب إلى معاهدة عدم الانتشار وضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، مع مراعاة حقوق والتزامات الدول الأطراف في معاهدة عدم الانتشار، ويؤكد ضرورة أن تواصل جميع الدول الأطراف في معاهدة عدم الانتشار الامتثال لالتزاماتها بموجب المعاهدة؛

It contributed substantially to the development of nuclear energy, recognizing that facilitating the peaceful applications of such technology was essential to the balance of rights and obligations which States parties assumed under the Treaty.
