21. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan believes and is committed for the participation of women in the country political and economic reconstruction.

The above-mentioned goals are based on the following underlying principles that the Government of Afghanistan and the representatives of the International Community share:

Response No.12 22. the GIRoA, for the purpose of ensuring peace, stability, democracy and establishing a strong foundation for protection of human rights, has taken various measures:
22- لقد اتخذت حكومة جمهورية أفغانستان الإسلامية تدابير شتى من أجل ضمان استتباب السلم والاستقرار والديمقراطية وإرساء الأسس المتينة لحماية حقوق الإنسان ومن تلك التدابير:

35. the GIRoA has signed United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) in 2004 which was ratified by Afghan Parliament in 2007. Response No.24
35- وقد وقّعت حكومة جمهورية أفغانستان الإسلامية اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد في عام 2004 التي صدق عليها البرلمان الأفغاني في عام 2007.

23. Similarly women participation in the economic reconstruction of the country has been guaranteed by the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and is seriously supported by the government.

87. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is seriously following situation of internally displaced women.

Governance 31. ISAF continues to support the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in ensuring that international resources and development assistance are not subjected to fraud and corruption.
