During the talks, all the misunderstandings concerning the Kigali accords were resolved and the commitment of the two parties to do everything possible to ensure their implementation was reaffirmed.
٣ - وتعرب حكومة جمهورية زائير أيضا عن دهشتها عندما لاحظت أن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية قد ارتُكبت بعد المحادثات التي أجراها رئيس الوزراء مع كبار المسؤولين في مفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في جنيف، في ٠٣ آب/أغسطس الماضي، وتم فيها، من ناحية، إزالة جميع أوجـه سوء التفاهم بشأن اتفاقات كيغالي، ومن ناحية أخرى تم إعادة التأكيد على تعهد الطرفين ببذل قصارى جهدهما من أجل ضمان تطبيق الاتفاقات.

With regard to these Tutsi mass graves, the Government of the Republic of Zaire draws the attention of the international community in general, and the Security Council in particular, to the fact that Ugandan and Rwandan troops are engaging in a systematic massacre of Hutu refugees in Zairian territory.
وفيما يتعلق بهذه المقابر الجماعية التي أقامها التوتسي، توجه حكومة جمهورية زائير نظر المجتمع الدولي بصفة عامة، ومجلس اﻷمن بصفة خاصة، الى حقيقة ان القوات الاوغندية والرواندية ترتكبان مذبحة للاجئين الهوتو على أراضي زائير بصفة منتظمة.
