Part of my mission was designed to encourage the Government of Kyrgyzstan to ratify the Convention.

12. Urges the Government of Kyrgyzstan to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, in particular, to address ongoing arbitrary detentions, torture and corruption by law enforcement and Government officials;
12- يحث حكومة قيرغيزستان على تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية للجميع، ولا سيما التصدي لما يجري من عمليات احتجاز تعسفي وتعذيب وفساد من جانب موظفي إنفاذ القانون والمسؤولين الحكوميين؛

14. Encourages the Government of Kyrgyzstan to guarantee freedom of the press and ensure an atmosphere in which all media can operate freely;
14- يشجع حكومة قيرغيزستان على ضمان حرية الصحافة وإتاحة مناخ يتسنى فيه لجميع وسائط الإعلام العمل بحرية؛

4. Also urges the Government of Kyrgyzstan to promote inter-ethnic reconciliation, and calls upon all actors to refrain from violence;
4- يحث أيضا حكومة قيرغيزستان على تعزيز المصالحة بين الطوائف ويدعو جميع الجهات الفاعلة إلى الامتناع عن أعمال العنف؛

3. Urges the Government of Kyrgyzstan to promote and protect all human rights and fundamental freedoms and to promote respect for democracy and the rule of law;
3- يحث حكومة قيرغيزستان على تعزيز وحماية جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، وكذلك تعزيز احترام الديمقراطية وسيادة القانون؛

8. Encourages the Government of Kyrgyzstan to continue to engage in a genuine process of open dialogue and national reconciliation to enhance peace for the people of Kyrgyzstan;
8- يشجع حكومة قيرغيزستان على مواصلة الانخراط في عملية حقيقية من الحوار المفتوح والمصالحة الوطنية من أجل تعزيز السلم لشعب قيرغيزستان؛

10. Also urges the Government of Kyrgyzstan to ensure that progress is made in improving the human rights situation in the areas of administration of justice, torture and arbitrary detention, the right to adequate housing, the rights of women, minority rights and human rights mechanisms;
10- يحث أيضاً حكومة قيرغيزستان على ضمان التقدم في تحسين حالة حقوق الإنسان في مجالات إقامة العدل، والتعذيب، والاحتجاز التعسفي، والحق في السكن اللائق، وحقوق المرأة، وحقوق الأقليات، وآليات حقوق الإنسان؛

15. Urges the Government of Kyrgyzstan to promote inter-ethnic reconciliation, in particular in the light of the events of June 2010, and calls upon all actors from both inside and outside the country to refrain from violence;
15- يحث حكومة قيرغيزستان على تعزيز المصالحة بين الجماعات الإثنية، ولا سيما في ضوء أحداث حزيران/يونيه 2010، ويدعو جميع الجهات الفاعلة داخل البلد وخارجه إلى الكف عن العنف؛

5. Reaffirms the need to uphold the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly, freedom of expression and freedom of association, strongly condemns the acts that resulted in the killing of protestors on 7 April 2010, and urges the Government of Kyrgyzstan to take special measures to ensure the protection of human rights;
5- يؤكد من جديد ضرورة تعزيز الحق في حرية التجمع السلمي، وفي حرية التعبير وحرية تكوين الجمعيات، ويدين بشدة الأعمال التي أدت إلى قتل المحتجين في 7 نيسان/أبريل 2010، ويحث حكومة قيرغيزستان على اتخاذ تدابير خاصة لضمان حماية حقوق الإنسان؛
