8. Urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with humanitarian organizations, including by ensuring full, safe and unhindered access of humanitarian assistance to all persons in need throughout the country;
8- يحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون مع المنظمات الإنسانية تعاوناً كاملاً يشمل ضمان وصول المساعدة الإنسانية على نحو كامل ومأمون وبلا عوائق إلى جميع الأشخاص الذين يحتاجون إليها في جميع أنحاء البلد؛

2. Urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with all United Nations authorities and bodies, in particular and without further delay with the Special Rapporteur, and to ensure his access to Myanmar, without preconditions, in order to establish direct contact with the Government and all other sectors of society to allow him fully to discharge his mandate;

1. Expresses its appreciation to the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the situation of human rights in Myanmar for his interim report,A/51/466. and urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur;
١ - تعرب عن تقديرها للمقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار لتقريره المؤقت)١٠٧( عن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل مع المقرر الخاص؛

2. ١ - تعرب عن تقديرها للمقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار لتقريره المؤقت)٥(، وتحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل مع المقرر الخاص؛

2. Urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully and without further delay with the Special Rapporteur, and to allow him urgently, without preconditions, to conduct a field mission and to establish direct contacts with the Government and all other relevant sectors of society, thus enabling him fully to discharge his mandate;
2 - تحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل ودون مزيد من التأخير مع المقرر الخاص، والسماح له على وجه السرعة، ودون شروط مسبقة، بإيفاد بعثة ميدانية وإقامة اتصالات مباشرة مع الحكومة وجميع القطاعات الأخرى ذات الصلة في المجتمع لتمكينه من الاضطلاع الكامل بولايته؛

9- يحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل مع المنظمات الإنسانية، بما في ذلك عن طريق ضمان وصول المساعدة الإنسانية بصورة كاملة وآمنة ودون أي عوائق، إلى جميع الأشخاص الذين يحتاجون إليها في جميع أنحاء البلد؛

In its resolution 6/33, the Council requested the Special Rapporteur to monitor the implementation of that resolution and to conduct a follow-up mission to Myanmar, and to report to the Council at its seventh session, and urged the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur.
وطلب المجلس، في قراره 6/33، من المقرر الخاص أن يرصد تنفيذ ذلك القرار وأن يقوم ببعثة متابعة إلى ميانمار وأن يقدم تقريراً إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته السابعة، وحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون بالكامل مع المقرر الخاص.

2. Urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur and to respond favourably to his requests to visit the country and to provide him with all information and access to relevant bodies and institutions necessary to enable him to fulfil his mandate effectively;
2- يحث حكومة ميانمار على التعاون تعاوناً كاملاً مع المقرر الخاص والاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة منه لزيارة ميانمار وتزويده بكل ما يلزم من معلومات وإتاحة وصوله إلى الهيئات والمؤسسات المعنية لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته على نحو فعال؛

13. Strongly urges the Government of Myanmar to fulfil its obligations as a State party to the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29), and to the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948 (No. 87), of the International Labour Organization, and encourages the Government of Myanmar to cooperate more closely with the International Labour Organization;
١٣ - تحث بقوة حكومة ميانمار على أن تفي بالتزاماتها كدولة طرف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالسخرة لعام ١٩٣٠ )رقم ٢٩( واتفاقية عام ١٩٤٨ )رقم ٨٧( المتعلقة بالحرية النقابية وحماية حق التنظيم النقابي لمنظمة العمل الدولية وتشجع حكومة ميانمار على التعاون بصورة أوثق مع منظمة العمل الدولية؛

In its latest resolution on the human rights situation in Myanmar, the Commission on Human Rights urged the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully, and without further delay, with the Special Rapporteur, to allow him, without preconditions, to conduct a field mission and to establish direct contacts with the Government and all other relevant sectors of society, and thus to enable him fully to discharge his mandate.
وفي القرار اﻷخير للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان بشأن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في ميانمار حثت اللجنة حكومة ميانمار على التعاون الكامل، دون مزيد من التأخير، مع المقرر الخاص، والسماح له، دون شروط مسبقة، بالقيام ببعثة ميدانية وإقامة صلات مباشرة مع الحكومة وسائر القطاعات المعنية في المجتمع، وأن تمكنه بهذه الطريقة من الاضطلاع بولايته على نحو تام.
