The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Belarus signed that Treaty on 24 September 1996, the very first day it was open for signature.
وقد وقﱠع وزير خارجية بيلاروس على تلك المعاهدة يوم ٢٤ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، وهو أول يوم فتحـــت فيه للتوقيع.

Achieving this was the aim of the declaration by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Belarus on establishing a partnership with young people to protect them from social decline; the theme of this partnership is helping future generations prosper.
