(b) Protect the rights of children deprived of their liberty and improve their conditions of detention and imprisonment, notably by establishing special detention centres for persons below 18 with conditions suitable to their age and needs and by ensuring the existence of social services in all the juvenile detention centres in the country;
(ب) حماية حقوق الأطفال المجردين من حريتهم وتحسين ظروف احتجازهم وحبسهم، ولا سيما بإنشاء مراكز احتجاز خاصة بمن هم دون سن الثامنة عشرة مع توفير الظروف الملائمة لأعمارهم واحتياجاتهم وضمان وجود خدمات اجتماعية في جميع مراكز احتجاز الأحداث في البلد؛

(c) To conduct a comprehensive assessment of the budget needs related to the establishment of social services in the districts affected by armed conflict and the tsunami and establish clear allocations for such areas that progressively address the disparities in indicators related to children's rights;
(ج) إجراء تقييم شامل للاحتياجات من الميزانية فيما يتعلق بإنشاء خدمات اجتماعية في المقاطعات التي تضررت جراء النزاع المسلح والتسونامي، ووضع مخصصات محددة لهذه المناطق على نحو يتصدى شيئاً فشيئاً للفوارق في المؤشرات المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل؛

(d) Protect the rights of children deprived of their liberty and improve their conditions of detention and imprisonment, notably by establishing special prisons for children with conditions suitable to their age and needs and by ensuring the presence of social services in all detention centres in the country, and in the meantime by guaranteeing separation from adults in all prisons and in pretrail detention places all over the country;
(د) حماية حقوق الأطفال المحرومين من حريتهم وتحسين أوضاع احتجازهم وسجنهم، لا سيما بإنشاء سجون خاصة للأطفال تتوافر فيها ظروف ملائمة لسنهم واحتياجاتهم وبتأمين وجود خدمات اجتماعية في جميع مراكز الاحتجاز في البلد، وفي انتظار ذلك، بضمان فصل الأطفال عن البالغين في جميع السجون وفي مراكز الحبس الاحتياطي في كافة أنحاء البلد؛

(g) Protect the rights of children deprived of their liberty and improve their conditions of detention and imprisonment, notably by establishing special prisons for children with conditions suitable to their age and needs and by ensuring the existence of social services in all detention centres in the country; and in the meantime by guaranteeing separation from adults in all prisons and in pretrial detention places all over the country;
