The Chair further drew attention of the Committee to the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the review of the organizational framework of the public information function of the Secretariat (A/66/180) and to the statement by the Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services.
ووجه الرئيس انتباه اللجنة كذلك إلى تقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية بشأن استعراض الإطار التنظيمي لوظيفة الإعلام في الأمانة العامة (A/66/180) وإلى البيان الذي أدلى به وكيل الأمين العام لخدمات الرقابة الداخلية.

61. By his note of 4 August 2003 (A/58/211), the Secretary-General transmitted to the General Assembly the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the review of duplication, complexity and bureaucracy in United Nations administrative processes and procedures.

23. Mr. Paschke (Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services) introduced the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the review of the procurement of Lysol by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (A/52/887).

3. For its further consideration of the items, the Committee had before it a note by the Secretary-General transmitting the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the review of the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (A/58/677).

19. Ms. Ahlenius (Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services), introducing the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the review of the practice of the Secretariat regarding the sharing of information contained in reports of consultants on management-related issues (A/64/587), said that the review had revealed that consultants' reports were not widely shared within departments.
19 - السيدة أهلنيوس (وكيل الأمين العام لخدمات الرقابة الداخلية): قالت في معرض تقديمها لتقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية بشأن استعراض ممارسات الأمانة العامة في مجال تبادل المعلومات الواردة في تقارير الخبراء الاستشاريين عن المسائل المتعلقة بالإدارة (A/64/587)، إن الاستعراض كشف عن أن تقارير الخبراء الاستشاريين لا يجري نشرها على نطاق واسع داخل الإدارات.

It also requested the Secretary-General to submit further detailed information on the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the review of the structure and operations of the information centres (A/57/747), and requested the Secretary-General to report in detail to the Committee on the progress made by the Department of Public Information to support the consolidation of United Nations field presences into United Nations houses.
كما طلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم مزيدا من المعلومات التفصيلية عن تقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية بشأن استعراض هيكل وعمليات مراكز الإعلام (A/57/747)، وطلبت إليه أيضا أن يقدم إلى اللجنة تقريرا تفصيليا عن التقدم الذي تحرزه إدارة شؤون الإعلام في تعزيز دمج الوجود الميداني للأمم المتحدة في دور الأمم المتحدة.
