Participation shall cease when the organization by which the participant is employed ceases to be a member organization, or when he dies or separates from such member organization, except that participation shall not be deemed to have ceased where a participant resumes his contributory service with a member organization within 12 months after separation without a benefit having been paid to him.
ينتهــي الاشتــراك عندما تنتهي عضوية المنظمة التي يعمل بها المشترك، أو عندما يتوفى المشترك أو تنتهي خدمته بالمنظمة العضو، إلا أن الاشتراك لا يعتبر منتهيا اذا استأنف المشترك خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي في إحدى المنظمات اﻷعضاء خلال ١٢ شهرا من انتهاء خدمته ولم يكن قد تلقى أي استحقاق.

The normal retirement age is determined by the date the participant began his or her contributory service as a participant with the Fund, regardless of the effective date of his or her appointment with his/her employing organization.
وتُحدَّد السن العادية للتقاعد بالتاريخ الذي بدأ فيه المشترك خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي بوصفه مشتركاً في الصندوق، بغض النظر عن التاريخ الفعلي لتعيينه في المنظمة التي يعمل بها.

A participant in the Fund on 31 December 1966 whose service has been continuous since that date shall be entitled to a retirement benefit under article 28 of these Regulations notwithstanding that his or her contributory service was less than five years.

An early retirement benefit is payable to a participant whose age on separation is at least 55 but less than the normal retirement age and who has 5 years or more of contributory service at separation.
