41. The Secretary-General welcomes the progress made in the implementation of the Declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and Non-Proliferation of Arms in Central Africa, which was adopted in Bangui in December 2011.

In that regard, at its thirty-third ministerial meeting, the Committee adopted a declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa.

A. Establishment of a road map for counter-terrorism and nonproliferation of arms in Central Africa

Within the framework of the United Nations Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa, Member States adopted a Declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and Non-proliferation of Arms in Central Africa at the 33rd ministerial meeting of the Advisory Committee in December 2011.
وفي إطار لجنة الأمم المتحدة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل الأمن في وسط أفريقيا، اعتمدت الدول الأعضاء، خلال الاجتماع الوزاري الثالث والثلاثين للجنة الاستشارية في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، إعلانا بشأن خريطة طريق لمكافحة الإرهاب وعدم انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا.

I should like to inform you in this context that on 8 December, the ministerial meeting adopted a Declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa (attached).

The Committee adopted the Declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa at its thirty-third ministerial meeting, held in December 2011 in Bangui (see A/67/72-S/2012/159, annex, attachment I). In the Road Map, member States requested support from UNOCA and the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Africa.
١٥ - اعتمدت اللجنة في اجتماعها الوزاري الثالث والثلاثين الإعلان المتعلق بوضع خريطة طريق لمكافحة الإرهاب ومنع انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا المعقود في بانغي في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011 (انظر A/67/72-S/2012/159، المرفق، الضميمة الأولى). وفي خريطة الطريق، طلبت الدول الأعضاء دعما من مكتب الأمم المتحدة الإقليمي في وسط أفريقيا ومركز الأمم المتحدة الإقليمي للسلام ونزع السلاح في أفريقيا.
