• for the processing

With a view to effectively implementing the requirements of paragraph 2 of this Article, Canada maintains a national system for controlling, inter alia, the export of source or special fissionable material and equipment or material especially prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material.
وبغرض التنفيذ الفعال لأحكام الفقرة 2 من هذه المادة، تطبق كندا نظاما وطنيا لرصد أمور منها تصدير مواد مصدرية أو انشطارية خاصة أو معدات أو مواد مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة.

(a) The definition of what constituted " equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material " (as it was not defined anywhere in the Treaty);
)أ( تحديد ما هية " المعدات أو المواد المصممة أو المحضرة خصيصا لتجهيز أو استخدام أو انتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة " )حيث أنها غير معرفة في أي جزء من أجزاء المعاهدة(؛

The parties to the Semipalatinsk Treaty, for the first time ever, undertake not to provide source or special fissionable material or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material to any non-nuclear-weapon State, unless that State has concluded a comprehensive safeguards agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency and an additional protocol.

(c) Not to provide source or special fissionable material, or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material for peaceful purposes to any non-nuclear-weapon State unless subject to a comprehensive safeguards agreement concluded with IAEA.

The Movement of Non-Aligned Countries parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons believe that new supply arrangements for the transfer of the source of special fissionable material or equipment or material specially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material to non-nuclear-weapon States should require as a necessary precondition, acceptance of full-scope safeguards.
وتعتقد بلدان حركة عدم الانحياز اﻷطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية أن كل ترتيبات جديدة لﻹمدادات تتعلق بنقل مواد أو معدات انشطارية منشئية أو خاصة أو مواد مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز أو استخدام أو إنتاج مواد انشطارية خاصة الى دول غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية ينبغي أن تُخضع لشرط مسبق أساسي هو قبول كامل نطاق ضمانات الوكالة.

6. The Conference reaffirms that each State party to the Treaty has undertaken not to provide source or special fissionable material, or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material, to any non-nuclear-weapon State for peaceful purposes, unless the source or special fissionable material shall be subject to the safeguards required by article III.
٦ - ويعيد المؤتمر تأكيد أن كل دولة طرف في المعاهدة قد تعهدت بألا توفر ﻷي دولة غير حائزة لﻷسلحة النووية ﻷغراض سلمية مادة انشطارية مصدرية أو خاصة، أو معدات أو مادة مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز مادة انشطارية خاصة أو استعمالها أو إنتاجها، إلا إذا صارت المادة الانشطارية المصدرية أو الخاصة خاضعة للضمانات التي تتطلبها المادة الثالثة.

35. The Conference reaffirms that each State party to the Treaty has undertaken not to provide source or special fissionable material or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material, to any non-nuclear-weapon State for peaceful purposes, unless the source or special fissionable material shall be subject to the safeguards required by article III of the Treaty.
35 - يؤكد المؤتمر من جديد أن كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة قد تعهدت بعدم توفير أي مواد مصدرية أو انشطارية خاصة أو معدات أو مواد مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة لأي دولة من الدول غير الحائزة للأسلحة النووية للأغراض السلمية، إلا إذا كانت تلك المواد المصدرية أو المواد الانشطارية الخاصة خاضعة للضمانات المطلوبة في المادة الثالثة من المعاهدة.

36. The Conference reaffirms that each State party to the Treaty has undertaken not to provide source or special fissionable material or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use, or production of special fissionable material, to any non-nuclear-weapon State for peaceful purposes, unless the source or special fissionable material shall be subject to the safeguards required by article III of the Treaty.
36 - يؤكد المؤتمر من جديد أن كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة قد تعهدت بعدم توفير أي مواد مصدرية أو انشطارية خاصة أو معدات أو مواد مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة لأي دولة من الدول غير الحائزة للأسلحة النووية للأغراض السلمية، إلا إذا كانت تلك المواد المصدرية أو المواد الانشطارية الخاصة خاضعة للضمانات المطلوبة في المادة الثالثة من المعاهدة.

Each memorandum defines and provides for export controls on a category of commodities described in article III, paragraph 2; the first memorandum concerns source and special fissionable material (article III, paragraph 2 (a)), the second, equipment and material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material (article III, paragraph 2 (b)).

12. New supply arrangements for the transfer of source or special fissionable material or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material to non-nuclear-weapon States should require, as a necessary precondition, acceptance of IAEA full-scope safeguards and internationally legally binding commitments not to acquire nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.

:: New supply arrangements for the transfer of source or special fissionable material or equipment or material specially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material to non-nuclear-weapon States should require, as a necessary precondition, acceptance of the IAEA full-scope safeguards and an Additional Protocol based on the model INFCIRC/540 (Corrected).
