أ - تعيين الأشخاص المستعان بهم خصيصا للعمل في إحدى البعثات؛

The heads of the organs referred to above may establish boards whose composition and functions are generally comparable to those of the Appointment and Promotion Board to advise them in the case of staff members recruited specifically for service with those programmes, funds or subsidiary organs.
ولرؤساء اﻷجهزة المشار إليها آنفا أن ينشئوا مجالس مشابهة بوجه عام في تكوينها ووظائفها لتكوين وظائف مجلس التعيين والترقية، وذلك ﻹسداء المشورة إليهم في حالة الموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في تلك البرامج أو الصناديق أو اﻷجهزة الفرعية.

(f) The Secretary-General shall set the terms and conditions under which annual leave may be allowed to staff members recruited specifically for service with a mission from within the general area of the mission and notify the staff of these terms and conditions.
)و( يضع اﻷمين العام اﻷحكام والشروط التي يسمح بمقتضاها بإعطاء إجازة سنوية للموظفين المعينين خصيصا للعمل في بعثة من داخل المنطقة العامة التي توجد فيها البعثة، ويخطر الموظفين بهذه اﻷحكام والشروط.

(b) Executive heads of programmes, funds or subsidiary organs of the United Nations to which the Secretary-General has delegated appointment and promotion functions may establish advisory bodies to advise them in the case of staff members recruited specifically for service with those programmes, funds or subsidiary organs.
(ب) يجوز للرؤساء التنفيذيين لبرامج الأمم المتحدة أو صناديقها أو هيئاتها الفرعية التي فوضها الأمين العام في مهام التعيين والترقية إنشاء هيئات استشارية لإسداء المشورة لهم في حالة الموظفين الذين يتم تعيينهم خصيصا للعمل في هذه البرامج أو الصناديق أو الهيئات الفرعية.

Given the fact that the functions of the Tribunal are highly specialized and that the staff of the Tribunal are recruited specifically for service with the Tribunal, rather than with the Secretariat as a whole, the Registrar is now, under these arrangements, delegated authority to appoint staff, in the name of the Secretary-General, up to the D-1 level, and to terminate appointments up to that level.

(و) يجوز للرؤساء التنفيذيين لبرامج الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وهيئاتها الفرعية، التي تدار بصفة مستقلة، الذين فوض إليهم الأمين العام سلطة تعيين الموظفين واختيارهم وترقيتهم، أن ينشئوا هيئات استشارية لإسداء المشورة لهم في حالة الموظفين الذين يتم توظيفهم خصيصا للعمل في تلك البرامج أو الصناديق أو الهيئات الفرعية.
